Deliver Me eBook Kate Jarvik Birch

One People. One Union. One Future.
Wynne's entire life is dictated by the Union the clothes she wears, the books she reads, even the genes she inherited. And like every other girl in the Union, Wynne dreams of being chosen as a Carrier on her 16th birthday-one of the elite selected to carry the future generation within her womb. Wynne and her best friend Odessa are certain they will both make the cut, but when Odessa is chosen and whisked off to a life of privilege, Wynne is left behind to work as an assistant, delivering perfectly planned babies for the Union.
As Odessa slips deeper and deeper into the role of Carrier, Wynne begins to see the Union for what it really is a society that criminalizes the notion of love, and forbids words like mother and family.
For the first time in her life, Wynne is faced with a choice submit to the will of the Union, or find a way to escape and save Odessa before she is lost forever.
Deliver Me eBook Kate Jarvik Birch
I found this book interesting and entertaining, however the problem with this author is that the two books I've read of hers, end abruptly. Is she going for a sequel? Both books have great plots, but leave you feeling like they are unfinished. Both characters (the other book was Perfected) come to the conclusion they need to escape which you know going into the story, but you are left in the middle of the escape both times. I almost feel like I'm reading a "choose your own ending" book. I would like to read more of this author, but not if this is her format.Product details

Deliver Me eBook Kate Jarvik Birch Reviews
Great book. I loved it. Are you ever going to write the next one?? Pretty please?
I have yet to have read this book. I have read the Perfected series by this author and loved it very much.
When finished reading I will update my rating and how I liked the book.
Really enjoyed reading) passed the long night away and kept me interested the whole time. I really enjoyed the details set forth by the author. She did an excellent job. The emotions of the characters were intense and kept me on the edge of my seat (litrrally) until the very end. I was glad of the ending. Although I would have liked the ending to have gone further towards explaining what happened next. However, I will settle for the characters getting to where they were...away, with hope in their hearts
I loved the book until I waited two years with NO SEQUEL. It felt like she hurried to end it just to get it done. If she doesn't follow up on this soon, I will delete this from my kindle and don't plan to read any other cliffhangers by her.
This book was AWESOME. Dark and well delivered (no pun intended. haha.). It kept me turning page after page until I couldn't see straight. The story was well developed, although I would have liked to see more of the world outside of the hospital, and the characters were both chilling and interesting. LOVE LOVE LOVE. BUY IT!
This book was pretty good, and I was hooked the whole time, from the first sentence. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I love the whole theme and plot. The only problem I had with this book, is that it seems unfinished. There should be a sequel to it, and maybe another book about the male part of the Union. But overall, the book was a great read, even for me. I'm eleven, but I read at a high school level, and felt that this book was just perfect for my hunger for good books.
This was a really nice start to a new dystopian series. Wynne and her BFF Odessa dream of nothing more than being chosen as Carriers when they turn 16 - women selected to carry on their people by having babies. When Odessa is chosen and Wynne is not, Wynne learns to live with the fact that the life of luxury of a carrier is beyond her now. This comes as a blessing in disguise, however, when she ends up caring for the Carriers and learns how horrid their life really is. I would have liked to have seen more of some of the characters that were introduced, and learned what happened to others at the end, but suspect I will in the sequel, which I will readily buy.
